To be licensed a new business in Vietnam, foreign investors need to go through 2 steps:
- Applying for Investment Registration Certificate (granted IRC);
- Applying for Enterprise Registration Certificate (granted ERC).- Application File for Investment Registration Certificate
– Application for Investment Project Pmplementation;
– Investment Project Proposal;
– Explanation on financial ability of investor;
– A certified copy of Documents for proving the financial ability of investor;
– A certified copy of Document of land-use rights or other document to examine the rights using location for implementation of investment project;
– A certified copy of Legal documents of the investor;
– A certified copy of Legal documents of investor’s representative (in case the investor is an organization).
- Application for Enterprise Registration Certificate:
– Application for Enterprise Registration Certificate;
– Company Charter;
– A certified copy of Investment Registration Certificate;
– A certified copy of Legal documents of the enterprise’s legal representative;
– A certified copy of Legal documents of the Company Owner;
– List of Representative of Owner (in case the company owner is an organization).
