License's Duration of an Represenative Office (RO) not exceeds 5 years therefore foreign traders need to extend the license before it expires. In this Article, we will write about regulations and file for the extension.
At least 30 days prior to the expiry of the license, the foreign trader needs to apply for extension of the License for Establishment of representative office.
FILE
- An application form for extension of the License for Establishment of the representative office;
- Copies of the Certificate of Business registration or equivalent documents of the foreign trader;
- One of following documents relating to financial abilities/liabilites of foreign trader:
+ Copies of audited financial statements;
+ Certificates of fulfillment of tax liabilities or financial obligations of the last fiscal year;
+ Equivalent documents as proof of existence and operation of the foreign trader issued or certified by competent authorities where such foreign trader is established;
- Original of the existing License for Establishment of Representative Office.
