    – Application for Investment Project Pmplementation;<\/em><\/p>

    – Investment Project Proposal;<\/p>

    – Explanation on financial ability of investor;<\/p>

    – A certified copy of Documents for proving the financial ability of investor;<\/p>

    – A certified copy of Document of land-use rights or other document to examine the rights using location for implementation of investment project;<\/p>

    – A certified copy of Legal documents of the investor;<\/p>

    – A certified copy of Legal documents of investor\u2019s representative (in case the investor is an organization).<\/p>

    1. Application for Enterprise Registration Certificate:<\/em><\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

      – Application for Enterprise Registration Certificate;<\/p>

      – Company Charter;<\/p>

      – A certified copy of Investment Registration Certificate;<\/p>

      – A certified copy of Legal documents of the enterprise\u2019s legal representative;<\/p>

      – A certified copy of Legal documents of the Company Owner;<\/p>
