At least 30 days prior to the expiry of the license, the foreign trader needs to apply for extension of the License for Establishment of representative office.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

FILE<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. An application form for extension of the License for Establishment of the representative office;<\/li>\n
  2. Copies of the Certificate of Business registration or equivalent documents of the foreign trader;<\/li>\n
  3. One of following documents relating to financial abilities\/liabilites of foreign trader:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    + Copies of audited financial statements;<\/p>\n

    + Certificates of fulfillment of tax liabilities or financial obligations of the last fiscal year;<\/p>\n

    + Equivalent documents as proof of existence and operation of the foreign trader issued or certified by competent authorities where such foreign trader is established;<\/p>\n

    1. Original of the existing License for Establishment of Representative Office.<\/li><\/ol>
