This Privacy Policy is issued by VIET NAM MANUAL COMPANY LIMITED (CÔNG TY TNHH CẨM NANG VIỆT NAM), enterprise code 0316689298 (Vietnam Manual, we), under Decree 248/2026/ND-CP and the Law on Personal Data Protection 2025 (Law No. 91/2025/QH15).
1. Scope
This policy applies to personal data that we collect through vietnammanual.com, email, WhatsApp and the online chat on our website.
2. Data we collect
- Information you give us when you send a form, a message or sign up for news: your name, email, phone number, nationality, company name and the content of your request.
- Information needed for your service file after a contract is signed, such as passports, CVs and degrees. This data is processed under the service contract.
- Technical data when you visit the website: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and analytics cookies (Google Analytics).
3. Purposes
We use your data to answer consulting requests, send quotations and perform contracts, send news and information when you agree to receive them, measure website traffic to improve the website, and meet requests from competent state authorities.
4. Consent
When you send a form, you tick the consent box to allow us to process your data under this policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.
5. Retention period
Requests that do not lead to a contract are kept for 24 months from the last contact. Data linked to contracts and accounting records is kept for the period required by law. After that, the data is deleted or anonymised.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (email, website hosting, online chat, Google Analytics and email marketing tools), with state authorities when we file documents on your behalf under a contract, and with competent authorities when the law requires. Some of these providers store data outside Vietnam; we carry out the procedures for transferring data abroad as required by law.
7. Security measures
The website uses encrypted HTTPS connections; only responsible staff can access the data; administrator accounts are protected; and data is backed up regularly.
8. Your rights
You have the right to be informed, to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict processing, to withdraw consent, to object to marketing messages and to complain as provided by law.
9. How to make a request
Send an email to consulting@vietnammanual.com with the subject line: Personal data request. We confirm receipt within 2 working days and handle the request within 10 working days, unless the law sets another time limit.

The website uses cookies that are needed for it to work and analytics cookies. You can turn cookies off in your browser; some functions may then not work fully.
11. Updates
When we change this policy, we publish the new version on this page with its effective date. This version is effective from 19 October 2026.
